Dr Southey is an experienced NHS Anaesthetic Consultant and Clinical Leader. After his MBA, he has worked as a Clinical Consultant for a leading Healthcare Strategy firm (Candesic) and now consults independently on blockchain projects in the life sciences sector. He is acting Medical Advisor to three blockchain startups and has also commenced an MSc in Digital Currency. His ambition is to bring blockchain technology to the NHS and to help build a better healthcare ecosystem for the 21st century.
