Dear Colleague,

Are you a junior doctor who wants to improve the quality of care for patients in your organisation? Would you like to learn practical skills to run improvement projects?

We are delighted to invite you to the fourth ‘Agents for Change Conference – Engaging Patients, Improving Care’ on Friday 4th November.

Join us for the day to hear from high profile speakers, learn new skills in our ‘Quality Improvement Masterclasses’ and co-design improvement projects to take back to your organisation.

Join our quality improvement masterclasses run by experts including The Health Foundation, NHS Improvement, NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement and NHS Diabetes.

Are you already improving care for patients?

We would like to invite all junior doctors attending who have already engaged patients to improve care to share their projects with us at the conference. Showcase your work to inspire your peers to do the same.

The best initiatives will be selected for poster presentation and one overall winner will be judged by the NHS Medical Director. Please submit your project as an abstract of no more than 300 words by 14thOctober 2011 to agentsforchange@dh.gsi.gov.uk
